About Us
Our Mission
Still We Rise Together CIC exists to restore dignity, joy, and connection to women who often feel unseen and unsupported.
We prioritise women most at risk of isolation those in temporary housing, single mothers, women raising children with additional needs, and mothers from ethnic minority backgrounds. At the same time, we welcome all women seeking a place to belong.
Why We Exist
Too many women feel like they’re carrying everything alone. Caring for children, financial pressure, loneliness, or the challenges of raising a child with additional needs can leave mothers drained.
We believe community is the antidote to isolation. At Still We Rise Together, we don’t just run programmes we share life. We walk together, celebrate together, rest together, and rise together.
We are not just a leisure group. We use activities like group walks, pamper days, and birthday celebrations as innovative approaches to reduce loneliness, promote wellbeing, and build stronger communities.

Founder’s Note
"I know what it feels like to be lonely, tired, and unseen. I also know how powerful it is when women come togethe to talk, laugh, walk, rest, and celebrate one another.
I started Still We Rise Together to create the space I wished existed: a community where no woman feels forgotten, where birthdays are celebrated, where pamper days and walks remind us to breathe, and where every woman no matter her background feels valued, supported, and uplifted"
— Elizabeth Oche, Founder
